The agency was originally started in October 1974, merged with a national public insurance brokerage firm in May 1994, and was reestablished January 1, 2000 in order to start the new millennium as an independent insurance brokerage firm with an emphasis on excellent service. Joe Sullivan, President, was an early leader in both CAPIA and the PIA of S. Carolina.
